  Most of the staff are wonderful but one member of staff, who works on the till and is early 50's-blonde, is particularly rude. She priced up an item wrong and then argued with me when queried. She told me I had to ring my doctor to have my prescription sent there, even though I had given them a repeat prescription form 3 days beforehand. She got my name and house number wrong on a form, which caused confusion with the pharmacist. Doesn't seem to know what she is doing and argues/rolls her eyes when questioned.
