Dear Mr. Baker, I moved to Aylsham 18 months ago from Henley on Thames. I used to shop at builders merchants as a private customer buying small quantities and got used to being treated like an unimportant customer. They preferred serving builders, plumbers and electricians who had large accounts. I have spent a small amount approx. £500 in a year at your Builders Merchants in Aylsham and I have always been treated like I was the your most important customer.
